These terms cover kiplio.com. Paid product work is governed by a written statement of work. App store products have their own terms in the store listing.

The site

You may read this site for information about Kiplio. Do not scrape it in a way that harms the host, copy the brand assets as your own, or present Kiplio material as someone else's.

Pages on this site describe how we like to work. They are not a bid, a warranty, or a promise to take a project. We decide fit by email.

Intellectual property

The Kiplio name, mark, mascot, and site design belong to Kiplio LLC. Client work belongs as the statement of work says. Do not use our mark to imply we built or endorse a product unless we said so in writing.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is complete or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kiplio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Harris County, Texas have exclusive venue, unless a statement of work says otherwise.
