This policy covers kiplio.com and how Kiplio LLC handles mail you send us. Individual apps may publish a product-specific policy. If they do, that policy controls for that app.

What this site collects

kiplio.com is a static site. We do not run an account system on this domain. We do not set marketing cookies. Your browser may send a standard request log to our host (IP, user agent, path, time).

Mail you send

If you write to [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected], we keep the message, your address, and any files you attach so we can reply and run the studio. We do not sell that mail.

Products

Our mobile products may collect an account identifier, purchase receipts from Apple or Google, crash reports, and the game or product results you submit. We collect only what the product needs. Product policies live with each app when they differ from this page.

Processors

We use a web host, email, and (for products) store billing and infrastructure vendors. They see only what they need to provide that service.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, email [email protected]. We may keep records the law requires. You can also use account deletion in an app when that control exists.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data here.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date on this page.
