How do I contact Kiplio support?
Email [email protected]. Include the app name, what you were doing, your device, OS version, and the app version from Settings. Press goes to [email protected].
How do I restore or cancel a subscription?
iPhone purchases go through Apple. Android purchases go through Google Play. Restore from the app paywall or Settings. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
How do I delete my account?
Use account deletion in the app Settings when it is offered, or email [email protected]. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy and any legal retention we must keep.
